A new rental day starts at 12:00 AM midnight. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply: * Up to 4 days before the rental start date: Free of charge * 3 to 2 days before the rental start date: 50% of the total fee * 1 day before the rental start date: 80% of the total fee * On the day of rental: 100% of the total fee * No-show without prior notice: 100% of the total fee ※ In case of refunds, the payment processing fee 3% is non-refundable. ⸻ No Cancellation Fee No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases: * If you are unable to reach Yakushima due to transportation issues such as flight or ferry cancellations * If we determine that it is unsafe to provide the rental service due to severe weather conditions, such as typhoons or official weather warnings In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible. ⸻ Notes * Personal reasons, such as document issues, illness, or schedule changes, are considered customer-initiated cancellations. * Vehicles are reserved in advance for each booking, and last-minute cancellations may result in lost booking opportunities.
