It’s your adventure, your way! 🚗Need a Ride? – We've got you covered with convenient pick-up and drop-off service to your hotel or any location from Nagata to Miyanoura and Anbo. We also provide transportation between activity spots—so you can just focus on the fun! 📚 New to these activities? No problem! We provide a quick and easy briefing so you’ll feel confident even if it’s your first time. 🌊 Timing matters for Kayaking! Best around ±2 hours of high tide (which changes daily due to nature). We’ll help you plan around the tide schedule. 🌤️ We’re flexible – adjust your plan based on the weather or your mood. Just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate! 🏞️ Nagata, all in one spot – ocean, mountains, and rivers! You can explore different terrains without traveling far. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply: • Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity start time: 100% of the fee • No-shows without prior notice: 100% of the fee However, no cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases: • If you are unable to reach Yakushima due to transportation issues such as flight or ferry cancellations. In such cases, please make sure to inform us as soon as possible. • If the activity must be cancelled due to weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain warnings), no fee will be charged. We will notify you directly in such cases. ⸻ Activity Cancellation by Organizer Activities may be cancelled or changed under the following circumstances to ensure your safety: • Severe weather conditions such as typhoons or river flooding caused by heavy rain • Transportation disruptions or other local conditions that make safe operation difficult Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
