A new day starts at 12:00 AM (midnight). 🕒 Examples • Example 1: Pick up Jan 1 (9:00 AM) → Return Jan 2 (2:00 PM) → 2 days charged • Example 2: Pick up Jan 1 (9:00 AM) → Return Jan 3 (9:00 AM) → 3 days charged ⸻ 🚗 Pickup, Return & Shuttle Service Pickup & return location (Miyanoura store) All vehicle pickup and return are handled at our Miyanoura store: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ynQJwHwwxsiYVVHa7 Free shuttle areas (to our store) • Yakushima Airport • Miyanoura Port After pickup, we will complete all rental procedures at our store. Paid shuttle service • Anbo Port: ¥3,000 per trip • Other areas / accommodation delivery: ¥3,000 per trip ✅ Return is normally at our store. After you return the car, we can drop you off at your preferred location (shuttle fee may apply depending on the area). ⸻ 📌 What We Need to Confirm Your Booking Please send us: 1. Preferred setup: 2-seater camper / 4-seater standard 2. Arrival location & time (airport / port) 3. Number of passengers 4. Driver details: full name (as on passport) + license type (domestic / international) 5. Planned return date & time 6. Drop-off location (if shuttle service is needed) ⸻ If you share your dates, arrival point, and preferred setup, I can confirm availability and send you the total price right away.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply: • Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity start time: 100% of the fee • No-shows without prior notice: 100% of the fee However, no cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases: • If you are unable to reach Yakushima due to transportation issues such as flight or ferry cancellations. In such cases, please make sure to inform us as soon as possible. • If the activity must be cancelled due to weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain warnings), no fee will be charged. We will notify you directly in such cases. ⸻ Activity Cancellation by Organizer Activities may be cancelled or changed under the following circumstances to ensure your safety: • Severe weather conditions such as typhoons or river flooding caused by heavy rain • Transportation disruptions or other local conditions that make safe operation difficult Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
