To switch gear, just return your current item and choose your next adventure! ๐ Timing matters for kayaking and SUP! These are best around ยฑ2 hours of high tide (which changes daily due to nature). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply: โข Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity start time: 100% of the fee โข No-shows without prior notice: 100% of the fee However, no cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases: โข If you are unable to reach Yakushima due to transportation issues such as flight or ferry cancellations. ใIn such cases, please make sure to inform us as soon as possible. โข If the activity must be cancelled due to weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain warnings), no fee will be charged. ใWe will notify you directly in such cases. โธป Activity Cancellation by Organizer Activities may be cancelled or changed under the following circumstances to ensure your safety: โข Severe weather conditions such as typhoons or river flooding caused by heavy rain โข Transportation disruptions or other local conditions that make safe operation difficult Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
